Rolled ice cream is so cute and very good quality ice cream. I was surprised about the quality of ingredients and ice creams were large for the $14 pie ice tag a pop. We had the strawberry matcha , the raspberry ice cream, and the cereal killer with Cinnamon Toast Crunch mashed in. Very yummy. We will be back for special occasions. But they do them all one and a time so if you are in a hurry, please be patient and kind.

Worst experience!!!! I placed pickup order and it was given in a normal cover and not in a Togo parcel bag even after I mentioned it needs to be carried 45mins away from there. This person was so rude that he gave extra chocolate drizzle which I paid to pack it as side in a cap and asked me to carry like that only in the car. Like Seriously?!!!!! If you see this guy (I guess he is Mexican) then don't order from there,bcz my experience from Pleasanton branch was Soo good and different from here. And to add it, ice cream became liquid by the time I reached home.

Good place to stop by if you’re bored of normal ice-cream . Here you get the rolled ice cream with lot of topping options. You can also watch them making your own, which I enjoy doing. It’s also a bit expensive.

"Delicious Ice Cream and Great Atmosphere!" I had an amazing experience at Icicles! The rolled ice cream was not only beautifully presented but also tasted incredible. I loved the variety of toppings, especially the fresh strawberries and colorful sprinkles—they really elevated the desserts. The service was quick and friendly, making the visit even better. The atmosphere was fun and inviting, with vibrant decor that made it perfect for photos. This is definitely a great spot to hang out and enjoy a sweet treat. Highly recommend it!

This is an amazing ice cream shop to go to! The way they make ice cream is different. So basically, they handcraft ice cream by making individual twists. You can also add toppings and drizzles as well. Some toppings cost additional 75¢ and all drizzles are 50¢. It’s expensive here due to how they make the ice cream and possibly the size of it. You can see workers make ice cream in front of you. It’s not like any normal ice cream shop you go to. Also, there weren’t many people when I came in, but it’s most likely because they order it through the mobile app. Really looks nice inside, but I think it could be improved.
